Robert Rauschenberg, 1925-2008
Well…damn.
While he was never the first name to come to mind when I thought about my favorite artists, I think my style (or lack of one), outlook, and approach to art and art-making are probably closest to those of Robert Rauschenberg.
He died of heart failure last night at the age of 82.
